NEW STUDENTS/MEMBERS:

All Students must bring a copy of their IS-100 and IS-700 certificates, a copy of their CPR card, and the Volunteer agreement for facepiece and regulator.  A new blank Form # 4371, "Issuance of Personal Protective Equipment Request/Agreement" and then must be signed and returned by Friday April 27, 2012 to session #3.

 
EQUIVALENCY STUDENTS/MEMBERS:

Equivalency members must bring their full equivalency package.

You the student will not be permitted to begin the class without these materials!

Classes start promptly at the times indicated. 

Online Training

All new members must complete two modules of Incident Command System (ICS) training before they attend Volunteer Recruit School. The courses can be taken online through FEMA's website, and both are required: IS-100 (Introduction to Incident Command System) and IS-700 (NIMS An Introduction).  Have this completed by Friday April 20, 2012 to allow for time to receive e-mailed certificates.

Registration:

SIGN UP BY SENDING EMAIL TO VRSSIGNUP@GMAIL.COM with the Students Name, ID #, Station #, note whether Full class or equivalency only (just session #2).  If your members are not signed up using this method with not be allowed to attend the class.   A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail received. The e-mail will be sent the Thursday or Friday before the start of the class.
 

Bowie CPR:

Bowie will be holding a CPR class just for VRS students on Thursday, April 26, 2012 @ Co 43 1900hrs.  
 
Registration Closes:

Registration for April 2012 VRS class #33 closes Friday, April 20th at 12pm.
