REMINDER:
The next Station Management audit is scheduled
for Saturday, February 19, 2005. The audit will start promptly at 8:00 AM
beginning with station 56. Please read Fire Commission Policy,
FC Policy 04-02, Station Management procedure.

Stations highlighted in RED have exceeded their budgets. Stations highlighted in
YELLOW are approaching their budget limit. Also, the total expenditures do not
include the column for EMS supplies. EMS supplies will not be deducted from the
station operational budgets until the funds allotted for EMS supplies
($250,000.00) is expended.
Direct Deposit of County funds:
All funds received from Prince Georges County will now be directly deposited
into your financial institutions. You will need the following forms turned in
ASAP...
Authorization For Electronic Funds Disbursement and
W-9, Request For Taxpayer ID Number & Certification.
Please fill these forms out and turn them into your District Commission, or send
them directly to the Fire Commission office ASAP.
There will be no checks handed out at the Station Management Audit scheduled for
Saturday, February 19, 2005. All Station Management checks will deposited
directly into your financial institution.
